so take me home before the storm

Yes, more from Hair Fair!

It's a big event.

(from the Hair Fair album)

First up: Damselfly, and this is the front of "Kahlil", in color 607 from the Bubblegums HUD color pack.

And this is the back, where it turns into a loosely gathered fall down the back. It's pretty enough, but--and this is going to sound silly coming from the girl with green skin--there's just something a little unnatural about it. I think my mind is taking the curves of the mesh strands and thinking "anti-gravity" before "casual, loose styling".

Not shown: two other styles. Damselfly Salon can be found on Brickness.

Next on the list: LaViere. And this is "Aurora", and I'm terribly amused at the name, because no doubt about it, this is Sleeping Beauty's hair. And wonderfully recreated, as well. I'm showing it in PaleBlonde.

Next is "Colette" in Glow, sort of a reversed fade, or what happens when we dye hair, then let it grow out over several months. It's a fun, short style, and I admit, I adore the bang flip.

And the last one I'm showing is "Nadine" in Raspberry, which is a loosely gathered pony with lots of body, and soft-swept bangs. Not shown: Genevieve and Gemma, though they were pretty as well. LaViere shares a booth with Tee*fy, and can be found in Brickness.

Next is blush, and we're starting with "Bru". This is the "chesty" variant--though there's not a lot of difference between the "chesty" and the, well, "non-chesty", I guess--and no idea what the color is. I'd call it a dark red or a blood red, personally, but it's not labeled on the demo.

And this is "Karly", which is a cute little caramel-brown tone, with a perky flower headband. Again, no specific color name given.

Not shown: two other styles, because near as I could tell, they were basically the same razor bob, possibly with slightly different bangs.

You can find blush in Port.

Last for this entry, Olive, and this is "Elisa" in Aqua from the back, where you can see the nifty little details on the curls and the side strands...

(from the Hair Fair album)

...and from the front. This is a functional short style, but on me, even though I love the curling strands, it looks less casual and more just messy.

(from the Hair Fair album)

And this is "Isley Buns", which I'm showing form the back only, because if there's no ability to resize the actual hair, it's pretty glaringly obvious there are gaps in the alpha mask.

Not shown: the "Anya" style, and the "W.F.K. Mohawk for the Win" style. You can find Olive on the Cloud sim.

(The outfit is from Nefarious, their "Capri Green"; it comes with a skirt which I'm not wearing. Nomine made the skin, it's part of her Fae skin line; this particular one's the Peacock, in the Constellation variant.

(The eyes came from Saturnine Dreams; they may be closed now, more's the pity, but if they're still around, these are from the Nautilus pack, and the color is "Pea".

(And the shoes, which you likely won't see, are from DaBuVa, and were acquired during the Twisted Arcane hunt. They're the Twisted Hunt Faun hoof boots in black.)
