Thanks for bringing this letter to my attention, Miss Emily. I signed as well.
It's circling, around and abaout. Some people are linking it to their profiles to get the word out. I'm hoping when all the signatures are in, and the letter goes to the Labs, that they will at least hear the pleas to improve this thing we love, over the potential battle cry of 'here's another complaint'...
