you wrote the rules to try and contain me; you broke them

Next up: the "Lollipop" set, which is--you guessed it--long on pink and kawaii, but still fun. (All of these you can get from Rue's main store in Netherfield.)

These are the "Carnation" eyes, which are incredibly reminiscent of the carnation flower, with intermixed tones of pink, jelly red, blush, and dark rose, with threads of clear red.

I'm fairly sure the "Cheshire" eyes are based around Disney's first version of Alice in Wonderland's Cheshire cat, and I won't lie, I had that moment where I was puzzled (because I fell in such total love with the blue and grey-striped cat from the remake. Which doesn't invalidate how well these eyes match the original Cat, with strong reds, dark pinks and purples, and glowing lamp-yellow orbs, ringed in yellow and orange.

The "Cotton Candy" eyes are cheerfully frothy; I can easily imagine them structured from spun sugar DNA.

The "Dawn" eyes remind me intensely of sunrise in Arizona; that precise time of early morning where colors seem to melt across the sky in liquid glory.

A long, long time ago, in a sim far, far away, Miss Ruina had thrown a Valentine's Day hunt with another eye maker in the same parcel. Some of those eyes I still have, they were all variants with "Heart" in the name--"Heartspin", "Heartsick" and the like.

This eye reminds me of the "Heartsick" eye, with its florid, glistening hues of red, orange, yellow, brown, pink, and white.

And "Magenta" is a perfect pure tribute to the color, with light, dark, and middle hues of fuschia, magenta and deep pink.

More to come!

(Horns from Rue, part of the Eclectic Desires L$10 skull hunt and maze. Hair's from Ploom. Skin's from MoMo, lip tats are from Pin Me Down. Forehead jewels are from the Arachnos skin set at Fallen Gods [it comes with spider back-arms and the Arachnos skin as well; it's for the next day or so only on the Lucky Fortune machine].)
